This form collects vendor details, defines the onboarding steps, attaches subscription plans, and generates a link that can be shared with vendors for registration.

Once the form is approved, it can be reused to onboard multiple vendors using the same process.

Steps to Create a Vendor Onboarding Form

  1. Open the Vendor Onboarding Form section.
  2. Click to create a New Onboarding Form.
  3. Add the required form details and fields.
  4. Update the onboarding journey (how the vendor moves through the process).
  5. Attach subscription plans:
    • Create a group
    • Select plans for the group
  6. Review the form details shown on the screen.
  7. Submit the form for approval.
  8. The Admin reviews the form.
  9. After approval, a registration link is generated and can be shared with vendors.
